Walk On!

18 August The Heartstrings Walk officially started at 9 a.m. It was the first time I walked with a crowd - through the Singapore River trail. It was fun to have PL as company as we treaded the route that had been marked out for us. It took us an hour to complete the 6-km walk.





Kareen joined us at the end and we lunched at 'Old' Hong Kong at Marina Square foodcourt. Last snapshot was of the equipment on-site for the evening fireworks. After lunch, we got on separate appointments and that's when Mum, Aunty MeiZhu and Esmer accompanied for that evening's fireworks - it was simply awesome but quite brief. I was indeed glad to be back home after a full day at Marina Bay!
